Nothing ends an evening at Walt Disney World quite like dinner with a view of the nighttime shows. Restaurants with a view of the fireworks offers a little extra magic if you can time the reservation to coincide with the evening presentation.
1. California Grill
Contemporary Resort
The entire restaurant has great views of the Magic Kingdom’s nighttime fireworks show thanks to the wall of windows. There is also an outdoor viewing deck for guests. The best perk is that if you had dinner earlier in the evening, you can return with your receipt and watch the show from the viewing deck.
2. Narcoossee’s
Grand Floridian Resort
This restaurant is located slightly to the left of the Magic Kingdom. There is a large outdoor viewing deck to view the fireworks. The restaurant is also tiered which allows for more tables to have window seating to view the fireworks.
3. ‘Ohana
Polynesian Village Resort
‘Ohana is the most affordable dining option, while still having an optimal view of the Magic Kingdom fireworks. The restaurant has a full wall of windows directly facing the castle. In addition, fireworks can also be seen from the beach at the resort.
Tips:
Make your reservation 45-60 minutes before the fireworks are scheduled to start.
Arrive at the hostess stand at least 15 minutes prior to the reservation time.
Ask the hostess to sit you where you can have a view of the fireworks (keep in mind this might lead to a longer wait.)
